Donate a Vehicle
Donating your car to Hospice of Santa Cruz County makes a positive impact on the environment and helps benefit our mission through our partnership with Charitable Adult Rides & Services (CARS)
To donate your car, start by completing the online donation form. CARS will reach out to you to arrange the pick-up of your vehicle donation, at no cost to you. You may qualify for a tax deduction while supporting our mission.
Vehicle donation pick-up is always free to you and most vehicles can be picked up within 24-72 hours. You’ll receive an initial car donation receipt upon pick-up and then our partner CARS will work to turn your car into cash to support our cause. Once your vehicle is sold, you will be provided the proper tax forms in time to file.
Please note, we do not accept donations on-site at either of our office locations.
