Faith Outreach

When faced with issues around aging, serious illness, or death, many of us turn to faith and spiritual leaders for support and guidance. Hospice of Santa Cruz County offers information, education and support to help faith and spiritual leaders and their congregations navigate these important topics.

Partners In Caring Luncheon Series

Partners in Caring luncheons provide an opportunity for faith leaders to share ideas and resources to best support congregants facing aging, serious illness, and end-of-life issues and grief. These meetings are specifically designed for clergy, lay faith and spiritual leaders, chaplains, Stephen and Eucharistic ministers, parish nurses, and anyone who ministers to the aging or those with serious illness.
