What a year it was...

At Hospice of Santa Cruz County our first priority is providing exceptional end-of-life care and grief support resources for the communities we serve. A lot of great things happened in 2019; the formation of the California Hospice Network, innovation in telehealth for our Palliative Care teams, another meaningful Camp Erin retreat for the grieving youth in our region, Hospice Honors Award, Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce Organization of the Year award and the list goes on. As we celebrate and share our 2019 Annual Report, we look forward to what is to come in 2020.

Teamwork makes the dream work

This year, we were recognized as a Hospice Honors Recipient, a national award recognizing excellence in hospice care from the caregiver’s point of view, scoring above the national average in every category.
