Partners in Caring

When people face serious illness, aging, or death, they often turn to their faith and spiritual leaders for support and guidance. Partners in Caring will provide an opportunity for sharing ideas, lessons learned, and ways to have meaningful conversations with your community members and congregants around aging, advanced illness, and end-of-life choices including California’s new End of Life Option Act.

• Chaplains
• Stephen ministers
• Eucharistic ministers
• Health ministers
• Parish nurses
• Anyone who ministers to the aging or those
with serious illness
