Grateful Families & Friends Make a Difference
Having a loved one on hospice impacts the lives of many people: parents, siblings, grandparents, extended family, and friends. Hospice of Santa Cruz County strives to bring compassionate and loving care not only to the patient but also to their extended network of family and friends.
Many of the families we serve ask how they can recognize Hospice of Santa Cruz County caregivers whose kindness and compassion was especially meaningful to them during their time with us.
Our Grateful Families & Friends program provides an opportunity to say “thank you” for the care you and your loved ones received. A donation to Hospice of Santa Cruz County will help enhance and continue the outstanding level of care our community has come to expect from us, and ensure it remains accessible to all.
