Expressing Grief through Art

Grief can leave us with a loss for words.  Art uses a different part of our minds and can unlock our grief and lead to healing, when words don’t come easily.  This class will tenderly encourage expression, insight, and growth through many methods such as painting, drawing, or collaging.  An experienced art therapist and grief support counselor facilitates this group in a supportive environment.  You will be offered new ways to tell your story, express emotions without words, and feel connected and supported as you honor your grief and your loved ones.  No previous art experience is necessary.  Lunch will be provided.
