Many Paths to Healing Group

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until December 2, 2019
Join us as we explore our grief and learn a unique coping strategy such as meditiation, movement, music and writing. In the final week, we combine all of these self-care exercises into one session. No prior experience in the arts or meditation needed. However, if you are an experienced meditator, musician, or yogi, you can still benefit from these supportive practices.
