An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Friday, repeating until March 31, 2023
Gather with others experiencing the loss of a loved one in a nurturing and safe environment. Participants are encouraged to speak about their grief and to learn ways to ease the emotional and physical symptoms of loss. It is especially useful for individuals who have time constraints or who aren’t yet certain about committing to a multi-week group. These groups are always drop-in; therefore, the number of participants varies. No advance registration is required.
