Please email the following:
A photo or digital copy of your child’s insurance card
A headshot photo of your camper for their Camp Erin Passport booklet
Photos of the Person They Are Remembering – Please send 1–2 photos of the person (or people) your camper is remembering at camp.*
*These are kept digitally in case something happens to the physical photos campers bring with them.

This quick form helps us prepare a special and welcoming experience for your camper. Some of these details help us prepare small surprises and thoughtful touches during the weekend.

Sign the Medical & Allergy Support form
You will be sent a seperate email via DocuSign. Please complete this as soon as possible, as our camp nurses must review all medical information prior to camp.
Join us for our Camp Erin Pre-Camp Event!
Come spend the afternoon with us at Anna Jean Cummings Park on Sunday, May 3rd from 12–3 PM and meet the campers and volunteers you’ll be spending the weekend with!
We’ll have food, games, activities, face painting, a raffle, and plenty of space to play and hang out. This event is Family Friendly.
Think of it as a little sneak peek of the fun, connection, and support that Camp Erin is all about. We can’t wait to see you there!

Optional Camper Introduction Call
Some campers feel more comfortable meeting a familiar face before camp. If your camper would like to say hello beforehand, they are welcome to schedule a short optional introduction call with me. We can chat, they can ask any questions they might have, and I can help them get a little more comfortable before arriving at camp.

Camp Location & Arrival:
Location: Happy Valley Conference Center
2159 Branciforte Dr, Santa Cruz, CA 95065
Parking:
Parking is located to the left of the property.
Check-In:
Registration and check-in will take place at the Gazebo.
Caregivers are required to complete both check-in and check-out there.
Caregiver Orientation:
Caregivers will attend a short orientation at the Redwood Chapel.
Please allow about 1 hour.
