Every Gift We Receive Makes A Difference

Hospice of Santa Cruz County receives funding from Medicare and most private insurances to cover the cost of core hospice care services.  However, we rely on foundations and the support of our community members to raise over $1 million each year to cover the costs of grief support services, Transitions care, hospice care for uninsured patients and end-of-life educational and outreach efforts.
