As Hospice of Santa Cruz County celebrates thirty years of compassionate care, the Friends of Hospice are pleased to announce the publication of Cooking with Friends of Hospice. This exciting cookbook offers 450 delicious recipes compiled from friends, families, and the staff of Hospice.
Cooking with Friends of Hospice is full of old family favorites and mouth-watering new creations including Spinach Salad with Spiced Shrimp and Mango, Indian Dal Soup, Crab Portabella Mushrooms, Chocolate Obsession Cake, and Chef Nicci Tripp’s (of Theo’s Restaurant) recipe for Cassis Roasted Rack of Lamb.
